Project Management and Construction Management

Our construction management services are provided by experienced construction managers who ensure the implementation of the investor’s entire construction project, from the coordination of planning work, through the selection of contractors, to the final approval process.

Our Construction Management method is particularly effective where the investor agrees to split the construction project into individual commercial units without the use of a general contractor. We work with the investor to select the individual contractors, which we then manage, oversee and coordinate so as to save time and especially significant amounts of money for the client/investor. We also handle the construction management side of the project (chief construction manager, construction manager, budget manager).

Technical Supervision Services – Investor Site Supervision, OHS Coordinator

Administration of the construction process: Checking compliance of the construction process with the investor’s requirements, including checking and registering project documentation and the relevant reports and records, including the registration of any changes. Systematic updates to the project documentation according to actual progress with the work. Checking compliance with the conditions of the building permit.

Management of occupational health and safety and site security – OHS Coordinator: Checking activities to ensure compliance with the rules in place for occupational health and safety, fire prevention and site security.
